Welcome to the Eastern Missouri Dark Sky Observers. Our club is a NON-PROFIT organization in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and we are registered in the state of Missouri as a non-profit organization. We serve the East Central Missouri area through astronomy education and observing sessions. Please explore the menu links at the left for more information about astronomy and EMDSO.
Our next business meeting will be held May 23, 2025 5pm at El Ranchito in New Haven. We will have public observing at Big Blue on May 23 and May 31, beginning at dusk. Our next ECC public observing will be May 24, 2025 at dusk. We will be meeting in the parking lot near the sand volleyball court.
