Our club is a NON-PROFIT organization in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S Internal Revenue Code of 1954 and we are registered in the state of Missouri as a non-profit organization. We serve the East Central Missouri area through astronomy education and observing sessions. Our newsletter is The Dark Sky Observer.
